Confused about MSW specialization...... Then must read....

Thinking about  Master Degree then MSW is a great chance to do our career with our interest. But some peoples are confusing to choose specialization in second semester or in 2nd year of specialization. So don't get confused try to choose through your interest in career. There are many specializations are available from different universities like,

1. Rural and Urban community development
2. Family and Child welfare
3. Industrial Relations & Labour  welfare4. Human resource management
5. Medical and Psychiatric social work
6. Personal management 
etc etc........

We are have lot of confusion in our mind about what to choose. I think we should choose specialization with respect to area of interest. For example if we want to work for rural community development then we should choose 'Urban and Rural community development', if we have interest the we should go for 'Medical and psychiatric social work'.

Only we want to think about our interest do not require to follow others guidelines. One important thing is that think about "Passion to Profession" always. If we choose related to our hobbies and interest then while we do job in future then it gives a satisfaction of job.
