Confused about MSW specialization...... Then must read....

Thinking about  Master Degree then MSW is a great chance to do our career with our interest. But some peoples are confusing to choose specialization in second semester or in 2nd year of specialization. So don't get confused try to choose through your interest in career. There are many specializations are available from different universities like,

1. Rural and Urban community development
2. Family and Child welfare
3. Industrial Relations & Labour  welfare4. Human resource management
5. Medical and Psychiatric social work
6. Personal management 
etc etc........

We are have lot of confusion in our mind about what to choose. I think we should choose specialization with respect to area of interest. For example if we want to work for rural community development then we should choose 'Urban and Rural community development', if we have interest the we should go for 'Medical and psychiatric social work'.

Only we want to think about our interest do not require to follow others guidelines. One important thing is that think about "Passion to Profession" always. If we choose related to our hobbies and interest then while we do job in future then it gives a satisfaction of job.

Everyone taken different kind of degrees in different fields. Each having a different aspect and different approach about our own career but some peoples are really having a good sense to choose our master degree.
Everyone says Bachelor degree is turning point of our career but the choice of master degree is says about view to our life and our interest.
I want to say about the master degree in social work that is "Master of Social work".
It change the world and as well as help to change our self definitely. If helps to improve the broad view about our life and improves the social skill and defiantly all personal improvement skills.
In European and  all western countries its widely accepted but in India we are lacking on it to choose this is a career option.

MSW contain 2 year post graduation course containing theory and practical (Field work) based knowledge. It helps to improve all skills for development of community and all social sites. It thinks always about welfare of all social parts.
Various specialization is available in MSW like Rural and Urban development, Family and child welfare, Human resource management, Medical Social worker etc etc.
And various number of jobs are waiting for professional social workers like jobs in private NGO's, jobs in government sectors, public sectors companies, as a HR in corporate sector, hospitals etc.

Its all about MSW in short. Try to choose a good career option always. all says bachelor degree turning point but I want to say the selection of master degree is a vital decision in our life.
